‘DIFFUSION IN SOLID IONIC CONDUCTORS’ (SS6)
This special session will cover aspects of the fundamentals and applications of atomic transport in solid ionic conductors. Fundamentals will include: Measurement techniques, ionic diffusion and conduction within the bulk and at interfaces, modelling and computer simulations, mixed conductors, composite electrolytes, disordered materials, novel materials. Applications will include: fuel cells, batteries, sensor
